Is this a downloadable Obsidian vault?
No. The core product is an 18-page PDF starter kit. It shows the folder structure and note templates so you can build and understand them in your own vault. No vault zip is included.
What is free and what is paid?

Do I need paid plugins?
No. The system is designed around Obsidian’s core Markdown, links, search, and Templates features. Optional community plugins are not required.
Will this work with an existing vault?
Yes. Install it gradually. Create the folders and templates first, then move notes only when you touch them or during the weekly review. Avoid a giant migration day.
